What if I don't like the t-shirt?
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the tee to decide if it's the key piece of your wardrobe or an impulsive lapse in judgment. We just ask that you return it in its original condition: no signs of surviving a festival or serving as an improvised bed for your cat. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Can I order a custom t-shirt?
We love your creative enthusiasm, but for now we're focused on our own ideas. Who knows, maybe in the future we'll let ourselves be talked into an interesting request.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Good things take time, right? Right now it takes us 5 to 7 business days to deliver your order. We're working on improving that and we'll get there soon. If you think about it, your favorite show drops a new season after a year and a half of waiting… seen that way, we're pretty fast.
What are our t-shirts like, and what is DTG?
Our t-shirts are high quality, with a soft feel and a comfortable fit. Nobody wants to wear a shirt that feels like sandpaper, right? As for DTG (Direct to Garment), it's not rocket science, but close. It's a printing technique that fuses the ink with the shirt's fibers, giving a durable, breathable finish without that cheap plastic effect that cracks after washing. Basically, your shirt will still look good long after you've forgotten why you bought it in the first place.
When are you launching new products?
Yes, this is only just getting started. The plan is to release something for winter. What will it be? Hoodies? Long-sleeve tees with attitude? Who knows. We're slow, but consistent. Like sake: down it all at once and you end up texting your ex.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be accepted, the product must be unused and unwashed, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging. Email us at support@strawhatbrand.com within that window and we'll send you the return label. Return shipping costs are covered by you and deducted from the refund. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.
What anime inspires your collections?
We work with subtle references to shows like One Piece, Naruto, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Fullmetal Alchemist and Dan Da Dan, translated into our own designs. Nods that only fans will recognize.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, PayPal, and the usual payment methods from the store's secure checkout. Payments are processed with end-to-end encryption.
